Corporate CyberStalking Targets Fraud Awareness Website

weebly inc dan veltri cyberstalking websites

weebly inc co-founder & cpo dan veltri cyberstalking for ebay inc?

In this article we lay out our evidence of cyberstalking between two United States corporations that are doing alleged revenge cyberstalking against this consumer awareness website’s publisher and administrator, Ed Koon.

The first corporation is eBay Inc who this website was named after in 2004. The other is Weebly Inc a corporation that offers free server space to build your own website.

This website (ebaymotorssucks.com) was launched in 2004 when used car fraud was running rampant on eBay Motors. ebaymotorssucks.com in it’s last 11+ years of operation has advised consumers how to avoid car scam fraud on eBay Motors and other automotive classified websites. ebaymotorssucks.com has also saved countless consumers from being scammed out of their money, or falling victim to used car bad seller misrepresentation.

Doc’s DocsQualityCars Sellers Feedback on eBay Motors tells the tale of a great “pre-donahoe era” eBay used car dealer that worked hard to build his selling reputation.

In this video from a previous rash of eBay Motors zero feedback seller bank wire transfer scams. Doc alerts consumers to the fraud that could steal their money. Deceit and Trickery along with the lure of a “too good to be true car deal” often slay unaware consumers!

We have several pages of documentation outlining who is doing this cyberstalking for eBay Inc (possibly for pay or seller favors) We have documentation of ownership of a Moscow RU cyberstalking website whose name is visible (upper right) of the below screenshots. That website and domain belongs to this eBay top rated seller.

This video from 2013 (Joe DeMarco removed it from YouTube) proves without a doubt who is behind this attack on eBay critics. YouTuber CrazeeNyDriver AKA eBay TRS HubcapJoes is behind it all. Joseph DeMarco in this video on our classic forums, he says he hired a private investigator to follow and claims to have turned critic (eBayisaJoke AKA Chunky) in to any state and federal agencies he can. DeMarco started stalking Doc because Doc did not agree with what DeMarco was saying about critic eBayIsaJoke claiming he was a scammer and fraudster.

If you look at the first displayed weebly page below stalking Doc, it displays a link to report Doc to social security fraud hotline. I have no doubt Joseph DeMarco was the one that contacted my pastor telling lies. Is this clandestine cyberstalking operation funded by that alleged eBay INC Black Budget?

But today we are publishing this article that is aimed at Weebly Inc who condones CyberStalking material on their servers. What is Weebly Inc’s connection to eBay Inc, and this revenge social media reputation management smear campaign?

This recorded weebly support call is evidence Doc called Weebly Inc in an attempt to get these cyberstalking pages removed. For the second time this year, Weebly Inc denied the request. 🙄

Weebly Inc is hosting and condoning defamatory cyberstalking websites aimed at ebaymotorssucks.com’s publisher and administrator’s personal reputation. Two examples of Weebly cyberstalking pages are below.

weebly corporate cyberstalking example one

This weebly page is targeting Doc and his church (Calvary Chapel St. Pete) but weebly refuses to remove either of these pages. Refusing to remove such filth from their servers smacks of insider dirty deeds. Weebly, Jeff G possibly? 🙄

From Wikipedia: Cyberstalking is the use of the Internet or other electronic means to stalk or harass an individual, a group, or an organization. It may include false accusations, defamation, slander and libel. It may also include monitoring, identity theft, threats, vandalism, solicitation for sex, or gathering information that may be used to threaten or harass.

Cyberstalking is often accompanied by realtime or offline stalking. Both are criminal offenses. Both are motivated by a desire to control, intimidate or influence a victim. A stalker may be an online stranger or a person whom the target knows. He may be anonymous and solicit involvement of other people online who do not even know the target.

Cyberstalking is a criminal offense under various state anti-stalking, slander and harassment laws. A conviction can result in a restraining order, probation, or criminal penalties against the assailant, including jail.

Corporate cyberstalking is when a company harasses an individual online, or an individual or group of individuals harasses an organization. Motives for corporate cyberstalking are ideological, or include a desire for financial gain or revenge.

Looks to me more like Weebly Inc is blowing through that recent $35 million in funding from existing partner Sequoia Capital and Tencent Holdings Ltd. The funds are said to be used for expanding into new markets (Corporate Revenge CyberStalking), increase investment in research and development, and drive Weebly’s mission of empowering people to pursue their passion. 🙄

weebly inc corporate cyberstalking website dmca refusal email

weebly inc dmca takedown notice refusal email from support staff Jeff G

Joe DeMarco’s Team eBay CyberStalking Gang has accused me of defrauding eBay. Saying i rolled back odometers on cars, sold stolen cars on eBay Motors and other libelous statements. Weebly Inc is playing a part in this Revenge CyberStalking attack on ebaymotorssucks.com by hosting libelous pages about me on their servers!

My good name and reputation has been damaged by this clandestine operation. I have no criminal record, and not even a parking ticket in my life. Being a disabled American on disability, i can not afford to hire an attorney as Weebly suggests. Maybe an attorney out there in cyberspace would take this case on contingency? In the mean time i have set up a GoFundMe account to solicit legal fund contributions. 💡

I have saved countless consumers from losing their money to internet car scams, and in return, i get my personal reputation smeared all over the net.

Oh well.. as i always say – just my two cents worth as usual 😉

For the past 6 years my stellar eBay sellers reputation has been wrecked by corporate trolls as punishment for alerting consumers to vehicle scams and bad seller misrepresentation. I've been labeled a scammer that sold stolen cars and rolled back odometers.

It’s that “Silicone Valley Good Ole Boy Club” attitude that is coming through loud and clear. Weebly is definitely a member of that good ole boy club. Even though they deny having a partnership with eBay Inc, they are certainly covering eBay’s ass in this situation.

Same Weebly form letter they sent back in May.

    Hi,

Thank you for contacting Weebly about this issue. I realize that this situation is a
serious concern for you, however, Weebly, as a provider of web hosting services
to the general public, is simply not in a position to evaluate the merits of
claims that one of its users has posted materials that allegedly violate the
    rights of another person.

The United States Congress has recognized that it is inappropriate for internet
service providers and web hosts to police claims that are made about content
that others have created. That is why Congress enacted Section 230 of the
Communications Decency Act to protect companies like Weebly from being expected
to act as an arbiter in situations like this one. Congress recognized that
otherwise it would be impossible for companies like ours to provide the services
    that we do provide.

If you believe that a person has violated your legal rights via the content they’ve
posted on a Weebly-hosted website, you should consult an attorney about bringing
a lawsuit against that person. If you do not know the name of the person who
posted the material, it is possible to bring what is known as a “John Doe”
    lawsuit against them.

Additionally, if you believe that someone may have committed a crime by posting something on a Weebly-hosted website, you should contact law enforcement first and foremost so that they can investigate if and as needed.

I know this reply is likely quite frustrating and not what you want to hear from
us, but we can not necessarily respond further or in more detail about the
specifics of every situation. And I want to stress again that you should consult
an attorney as nothing in this email is intended as legal advice.

    Thanks,

    Thank you!
    Jeff G

It’s obvious “Someone” possibly $EBAY is paying for those pages hosted on Weebly servers. It’s filthy material that anyone with any common sense would remove. Maybe Jeff G is getting paid under the table to keep those pages up?

So with that assumption in mind – Maybe that old eBay black budget does indeed exist and is being used to fund clandestine cyberstalking operation.

Looks like Mark Bruke ebay director of community relations is allowing a lot of this abuse by eBay seller Hubcapjoes. There is a meetup that’s being organized in New York by Kathy Terrell who is working closely with Mark Burke but out of 200 or so members they only have 2 so far. Big fail.
